My go-to is my vanilla custard base. I mix up a load of it as a concentrate and leave it to mature..

65% Vanilla Custard v2 (Cap)
15% Dulche Du Leche (TPA)
15% Bavarian Cream (Cap)
5% Caramel Original (TPA)

At 20% with VG it's a bit like a lighter Digby's DMC 80. However, I mainly use it as an ingredient in other recipies. Because it's already matured they are usually good to go after mixing.
