No, you can't buy neat nicotine @Lee0911 - neat nicotine is far too strong and is deadly. The limit in the UK for vaping until a few weeks ago was 7.5% - usually sold as 72% or 7.2mg just to make sure they were on the right side of legal. This was withdrawn for vaping due to the TPD / TRPR rules on May 20th this year. Several places you can still get this but it is not for vaping use (nudge nudge, wink wink)

You want to mix yourself with neat nicotine? Most apes use flavourings,pg and vg with nicotine not themselves.

Hi Lee mate, @junglist summed it up. It is all fairly new to me too, don't let the apes scare you off... they are an excellent bunch really
.Basically you can get some nicotine base as indicated above. This is a percentage of nicotine in either PG or VG, two main ingredients of eliquid.
You will the need to get some neat PG (Propylene Glycol) and VG (Vegetable Glycerine)... very available and relatively cheap.
The last ingredients are your flavourings. Luckily for me I discovered in the forum there are companies who sell premixed "shots" of various flavours. Have a root around and there are some guides and links.
All you have to do is follow the instructions and add the required quantities of the nic base, PG and VG. Have a look on YouTube for Boss Shots. I think Knicklehead vapes show how easy it is.
