Separating juice

hi my sister made some juice that has separated. She has made it before and it was fine. But this time round it keeps separating. You can shake it and it looks fine then it just splits again. Any ideas how to fix this ?

Not heard of it with those flavours so I'd tell your sister to fire a email over to vampire vapes about it and see what they say, I did have the same problem with pear drops from them years ago but I bought it from a B&M so I took my bottle of diy down to them and got a refund

Cheers. She has made this concentrates before with no problem so made 9 bottles of each and all of them have separated.
