Scott's custard

Juice making experts... how do they make Scott's custard cream so smooth? I've tried countless other juices and mixing my own and nothing ever comes as close to how smooth this juice is, there's almost no throat hit at all and not even a hint of nicotine (I've only used 3mg). With other juices I can always taste/feel the nicotine content to some extent, sometimes even at 3mg it tastes really strong to me, similar to how smoking a cigar was compared to a cigarette when I used to smoke. With Scott's it's like vaping 0mg.

How long are you letting it steep for?? And what pg/vg ratio??

Max vg, tbh I haven't done a lot of mixing it was more comparing to other juices I've bought.

As it's a custard it needs to be left for 3-4 weeks in a cool dark cupboard and needs shaking twice daily then should be creamy smooth
