Sounds a bit like a money-grabbing one shot, but I don't have experience with much.
So far they worked fairly cheap for me, for example the Welsh Custard or RY Whore from Chef's work just fine for my taste at 10%, although the recommended dose is 20%, so with 30ml I make 300ml of excellent juice for £8.00 - the cost of VG/PG is negligible, the bottles I wash and reuse, and the cost of nicotine is also let's say £3-4, so total of under £15 for 300ml of high quality juice is quite hard to beat.
