Nicotine72 - a post TPD nicotine vendor

You might be dodderinghippydude by then ... ;)

Probably
I am not as old as the name implies, being based on a comment by a 10 year old kid, but I am on my way and your suggested name may well be appropriate by the time I run ou of nic.

This definitely isn't legal, but looking at the amount of sites still around and happily selling I'm guessing that they know the difficulties in enforcing this. There's no specialised unit that had yet been set up, it does appear to be largely untrained and ignorant council workers charged with running spot checks on bricks and mortar stores. Time will tell how risky this is I guess...

All components of e-liquid have other uses including nicotine. If someone sells nicotine but not for vaping it's not covered by the TRPR, only by the Poisons Act.

Is that a law based conclusion ...... or just your opinion?

Clearly it was based on myself being misinformed. I was lead to believe by the few store owners that I've spoken to that if they are selling nicotine under the same registered company as any other product which falls under the TPD then it will be treated as such. Thanks for informing me about the poisons act. Do you know the conditions under which you could legally sell which could circumvent this vague directive plan?

Thats why its not sold under the same company name and not in conjunction with any other products. Also, its marked as not for human consumption.

What you do with it though, is up to you.. ;)
