New to mixing

Hi all, new on here and some good info. I normally smoke ruthless jungle fever but I'm a novice mixer. Must have wasted 50ml mixing utter dross.

Are there any good recipies or YouTube links to any basic recipies that include pineapple/mango mixes or that include kiwi/raspberry etc

Do people recommend mixing to the same 90VG as jungle fever or is that too high?
