Giving mine ago today after 11 days steeping. Pretty good so far

I'd have thought it's a long steeper but I've read somewhere it's pretty good straight off and it seemed to mix well and smell good straight off.

Well... I've got some of this steeping which is 9 days old. Smells lovely and it's starting to darken but they guys from Chefs reckon that it comes alive around the 4 week mark.

So I'm resisting. Just about. [emoji2]

Mine didn't last for four weeks, mission impossible once you smell and taste it!!! Better buy a bigger bottle next time!
