Luer lock extension tubes

Alloha, anybody know where I can get 2 or 3 pvc or silicone extension tubes for no more than a few groats to fit Luer lock syringes? I've been mooching around Ebay but I'm struggling. 200mm is long enough, needs to have a decent enough bore/guage to suck warm VG which rules out the newborn feeding kits etc. I've seen a few intravenous pipe kits but they're like £7 and I only want the bloody lock and pipe

Any help would be much appreciated
