High Nicotine Vape Juice

Hi. I'm new in uk. Just moved in about a month ago to further study. Back where i'm from, the juice can get up to 50mg salt nic and 24mg freebase nic. I use 24mg freebase because the throat hit keeps me away from smoking. But here in the uk i can only find 20mg salt nic I tried 20mg but I barely feel the throat hit. So this is my questions.

1. For making your own juice, where is the best place to buy.
2. Where can I find freebase nicotine in UK?
3. And if i buy Juice or DIY ingredient from the US with high nicotine, is there any law that prevents me from doing so. I found a website that sells premix 24mg freebase nicotine.

Under the EU wide Tobacco Products Directive (tpd) the maximum nicotine content allowed in UK is 20mg/ml and any liquid containing nicotine can only be sold in 10ml containers.

legally nic over 20mg cannot be talked about on this public forum.

as mentioned, since tpd any nic over 20ml is now classed as not for human consumption and can only be bought with a trade buisiness account.

saying that, its still out there in a few places.
hopefully someone else may be able to advise as ive never bought myself.
