FA catalan cream

I just got a 30ml if this in the post today. I mixed up 1% with 0.5% fig and 1.5% cuban supreme. It tastes quite good fresh but knowing the cuban and fig change over time and I expect the catalan will as well, it’s shaping up to be decent, I hope.

Knowing the other two flavours in this quite well, I’m definitely detecting more spice than cream from the catalan.

Does anybody else use this? If so what kind of flavours do you mix it with, or any other tips for it’s use...?

I haven't used it a lot, mainly with caramel types, or in custard and Chocolate Fudge Brownie.
