Diy with pre-mix help plz

hi all, got some vg+nic pre mix, my question is, is my % calculation on the premix or the total...i.e if i use 40ml premix do i add 20% of that or do is it a % of thefinalmix, i.e im gonna make 60ml liquid in total i need 20% of thatto be flavour?

The percentages are of the total quantity you want to mix, so if you're making 60ml you would add 20% of 60ml namely 12 ml of flavour.

Not all flavour concentrates need 20 ml mind you - so you would be best advised to get familiar with one of the many ejuice calculators available to keep you right.

As @Canderwood says, concentrate percentage is worked out on final volume.
