Don't worry if you cant, but that's pretty interesting & something ive not really thought about. I presumed artificial flavours were as the name says "Artificial" meaning its full of chemicals trying to make it taste natural.

Exactly. I was really surprised when I found out its not exactly the case. The article I read about it I have no idea where it went. I have seen it other diy people talking about it in forums too.
