I found a mixed bottle of this today that I must have made months ago and forgotten about. It’s very good. Bastani is an Iranian ice cream with rose, saffron and pistachio. If you like strong flavours you could multiply it up, just keep the same ratios. Maybe leave the yoghurt at 0.5 as it an mask other flavours if too much is used. If you don’t have the AL vanilla another vanilla could easily substitute.
