Base nicotine greater than 10ml

Is it legal to buy base nicotine in quantities greater than 10ml bottles in the UK?
When I ran out of nicotine after the new regs came in. I'm sure you couldn't buy it unless it was for wholesale. Looking now quite a few shops are selling it to the public. Has the law changed recently?

The law has not changed.
The forum discourages talking about buying it from sources that do not comply with the law.
Sources can be found by those that search.
Sounds like you might have found some.

The TPD still stands, not surposed to sell nic in anything other than a 10ml bottle or any higher than 20mg. There are a few that still do tho.
