So would i be able to use straight from freezer or will it need to defrost

It is best to let it come to room temp before using.
It will be thinner and easier to handle And I think I have heard that pg or was it vg takes moisture out of the air when too cold, not a problem if your bottle only has a few months of nic in it but a possible extra reason not to store large bottles. Unless of course I am talking shit.

I read this too,i believe it was vg and it expands slightly when taken out to defrost, hence the reason to leave a little head room in the frozen bottles

A good juice calculator will allow you to input your nic strength.
If you're not vaping higher than 3mg juice, may not be worth much of a saving to start stockpiling 72mg nic.
Based on available prices of 18mg nic, I calculated on my litre of 3mg DIY per month it may cost me around 50p a day more at my current usage.
As I also vape zero nic and 1.5mg to me it's not worth panicking and stockpiling.
If you vape higher nic and/or you mix for others it's a different matter.
