Ethyl Maltol?

I am using Koolada for the moment.

Ethyl maltol gives a 'candy floss' taste.
Stevia would probably be more use in fruit

It's a sweetener Liquid Stevia 10ml

I use stevia, just make sure its the natural one £3.75 for 30ml on ebay
