Colouring

Hi All, I think i read somewhere that colourings shouldn't be used in liquids, so I have never used any in any of my mixes, however, i have seen the popularity of some juices of colour like Tjuice Red for instance. anyone have some information about the use of colourings? are there any 'safe' colourings, any experience/knowledge appreciated

In short, we just don't know.

Plenty of food colourings are fine for ingestion, but little research has been done into what effects they have when inhaled to the lungs.

Smart thing IMHO is to avoid exposing yourself to any needless risks where possible. Colour doesn't make a juice taste better, its just aesthetic.

If you really want colour, just get a coloured tank....?
