I've been experimenting with FA Jamaican Rum lately and I'm loving it. It goes really well with dark berries, coconut, coffee, peach and loads more.

Here's a simple recipe I've been playing with lately, it's still work in progress but it's nice.
Jamaican Rum (FA) 3%
Blackberry (FA) 3%
Lime Cold Pressed (FA) 0.5%
Vanilla Swirl (TFA) 1.5%
Vanilla Bean Iceream (TFA) 2%

I think it's sweet enough but add Sweetener to taste if required. You can substitute the lime for Lime Distilled (FA) or Key Lime (TFA) at the same percentage.

Play with different Vanilla flavours, Berries, creams.....

Play around with it.. The rum is so versatile I'm struggling to get a bad mix with it.

Hmmm, thanks for the reminder to add lime/rum to my concentrate collection :P

Makes me think of rum and raisin ice cream when I was kid :D

I had some last night...:pie:

Has make me drool like one of Pavlov's finest thinking about it. Will have to stick it on the shopping list. I swear it used to get me tiddly as a kid, although in hindsight it was probably just a sugar rush :D
