I want to pick your brains over what gauge kanthol should I be using in my Stillare running on a Panzer? It obviously needs to be a dual coil build and able to chuck them clouds ;)

I'm no specialist on this but i think the most used kenthal seems to be .28 & .32 ....someone will be along to correct me if i'm wrong ;-)

28awg / 0.32mm does it for me. If you are mad and want to go super sub ohm, go thicker. I find 0.5ohm 8 wrap dual coil with 0.32mm kanthal works a treat.

I done a 2x coil 5 wraps on a single piece of 2mm voodoo wool earlier today and got .6 ohms... Is that good? It was just an idea i thought i'd try and it seems to have worked

Its good if it vapes well. Personally I wrap microcoils around a 2mm drill bit and use cotton.

Dual coiling on my tobh is a new game for me. I have 0.3mm and 0.5mm (not sure what the awg is for them) I find that neither is ideal for the coil range I am aiming for (0.8-1.0ohms) so I would suggest 0.36-0.4mm but obviously it depends on the ohms you are going to be aiming for

Depends on your target resistance. I don't sub-ohm, so have to return to the fiddly .2 kanthal for most dual coils, as there's not enough room in the kayfun or smaller drippers for the size of coils needed at .3mm (my target is 1.5-1.8 ohm)

Otherwise, really enjoying the relative ease of working with thicker kanthal
