New mod help

Pay days just around the corner and want to order a shiny new mod, I mainly want something that can chuck clouds as my mvp pro and El cabron isn't doing it for me. Been looking at mechs and didn't know if anyone has any recommendations, nothing to expensive but any ideas are welcome!
