Ok ill buy the best Sony for sub ohms I can find ill have a good look later and work out what's the best cheers

Just use a Sony VCT5 battery and you won't have hardly any problems, mine is running at 0.2 ohms

still use an ohm reader after however long ive been rebuilding, even if i know what the resistance is going to be in a tried and tested build, not to check the resistance but to check for shorts in the posts. its good practice to check after every build.

i only use sony 30a 18650's either vtc4 or 5 so i know they can handle much more than the 30a continuous and have taken them down to very low builds in to the pulse ratings.
