Finally managed to make my 1st (semi) successful baby alien, went a bit wonky in places but I just about managed to salvage enough for a single coil...

That's how it starts, after I got my first alien like that it wasn't long before I found I could do them (relatively) easy, using things like keyrings/alien makers speed it up though

Mine was aided by the arrival of a better swivel and using the "no stretch" method... you do actually stretch the decored clapton but the key is to make sure you under stretch it.

Finally coiled my limitless without it popping and spitting at me, 0.3ohm ss316 just basic coils but works fantastic, wife makes me vape it outside as it's a storm gatherer.

Here's my build .. went for this quad coil build 1st time I've ever done anything like this being a noob and ive only been vaping for 3 months so I normally stick to simple single coil builds but it's time to crank up my builds a bit ... 3 x 28ga kanthal twisted ...

Still trying to get the hang of baby aliens... still struggling with consistency but I managed to make enough for a 2.5mm coil in one of my serpent minis....

as an experiment I decided to whip up as near identical fused clapton as I could muster in my other serpent mini to see if I could tell the difference...

both are all SS316L 0.29mmx2 cores with 0.14mm claptons.
The baby alien came out to 0.34ohms, the fused clapton is 0.35ohms.
They're currently sitting on 2 of my DNA 75s with the same settings and using the same juice...
I can't really tell the difference between the two and I'm wondering if all the extra work for the alien is really worth it, especially given I can practically make fused claptons in my sleep?
