If you take it out, not only will the polis want a wee word and some geeks ask about your lights really/sonic screwdriver but the environmental ists will be on yir case!!

 

A couple more extensions and it'll double as a walking stick! I've not even started to think about the impracticality of fitting it in a pocket. In hindsight it may end up being a shiny shelf ornament I may have to disconnect the smoke alarms at home in preparation for it's arrival.
