it was a learning curve for me I thought piss easy to do but oh no real nightmare but I have a few tricks to come but still haven't found a model I'm happy with....yet

Can I be cheeky and ask what milling / drilling setup you're using ? I currently have a bench drill setup with a cross vice for milling but I'm wondering if there's a cost effective milling setup I can go for .

I use 2 setups one is a Bridgeport ex CNC the other is a smaller miller, tips are 4 or 2 flutted tin coated milling bits end mill some reamers some router tungsten you only see a snap shot in the making thread from start to finish I would say 35hours plus and a lot of coffee dvds shouting cursing but I'm getting quicker ho hum
