What kind of template are you in need of?

Most things have standard sizes.

How many cells? Mech or regulated? What type of cells? What components have you got?

I don't think you are going to find templates exactly, apart from maybe a drilling template for something like the DNA75/250 etc from Evolve.

When you say "templates" , what exactly do you mean , drawings with measurements or cad files , mech , regulated ?
