TBH now I've spent some time getting used to this material it's surprisingly easy to manipulate.
Heat it in the oven to 180c and it goes floppy.
It's like rubbery acrylic so can be shaped and it sets rock hard again as it cools.
I found this out by mistake trying to melt several offcuts together.
It polishes to a mirror finish and can be cut like any other acrylics.
Glues together very well with solvent cement.
The pictures of this stuff doesn't really do it justice it's beautiful stuff.
