Compression springs

Thought I would ask you clever fuckers in here. I am looking for a small compression spring to replace the one inside the fire button of my H.O.G

I did cut a spring in half from the inside of a pen which was fine for a short while but I think it just got weak due to the heat that was being dispersed through it. So does anyone have any suggestions for me to source something from the Uk as opposed to buying a box of assorted shit from China on ebay?
