Im ok to use 14500 batteries in series right? I know I cant do it with 18650s. Also If a mod can take two 18350s or 1 18650 which will give best amount of vape time?

You should be ok to use 14500s in series... just be a bit wary of a high amp draw if not using IMRs. The single 18650 will give a longer run time as 18650s have more capacity than 18350s. When you run batts in series, you're doubling the voltage output, not the capacity (mah rating).

With two batteries in series: If you are using normal clearomizers like CE4, CE5 then do not use in variable wattage mode, you could easily burn them out because they are designed for 3.7v and you are giving them 7.4v. You can use them at upto 4.5v in variable voltage mode.
