3d printing a mod

This is the method I used with a matching 510 assembly with a flat on the threaded portion from Stealthvape, the top sits into the recess and a nut underneath, I couldn't come up with a more secure method and it takes less work than a screw through method:

Does stealth vape still do that 510? It's a great idea. I could deffo incorporate that into the design. Got my fusion 360 up and running now so I can stop using tinker cad and start getting this project up and running.

OK it's been a while but I've made quite a bit of progress.
I've got all my parts. I took a dna75 chip from an old therion I had and bought everything else from stealthvape.
I had my design printed by a friend (in red which was just what he had on the printer) as a prototype. I have had to make some alterations to the print by hand so the next one I'll adjust the design on fusion 360 to acomadate this.
I've added some pictures so you can see where I'm up to.

Very nice Tony,do you think battery tube will sit flush with bottom without touching 510?

I think it should although I need to file out the plastic a touch to get the tube to go in. I did all the measurements when designing so fingers crossed.

OK so I got it all soldered up and working but I have a major problem. I didn't leave enough clearance between the top of the battery tube and the bottom of the 510 for the wiring so the battery tube doesn't fit in flush and also I didn't leave enough space behind the board for the wires either.
I'm not that fussed with it not working as this was a prototype so I expected to run into some problems.
Possible fixes are to try to get a metal faceplate which is a little thinner so I don't have to make the mod any wider. And I think I need to make the overall height around 5mm taller if I keep the 510 where it is unless anyone knows of a shorter 510? The one I have is 12mm.
I'll add the pictures so you can see where I got to but for now it needs a little rethink and reprint.

Is there room to move the 510 to the front and drop the board/faceplate to fit it in, without increasing the height of the mod?

You can print your own faceplate?
And where did you got battery tube,I also look for one to get
